sounds like a gps problem of some sort. Did it had gps?? Do you know? Or did you just pressed the button and let it do its thing whitout any control via phone or remote?
The new dji neo has a problem with it's GPS this might was the problem
Did it run out of battery? I think the flight time is rated for less than 20 mins depending on the camera resolution

DJI doesn’t care where you bought it they’ll fix you up.
They have excellent customer service.
Just reach out to DJI support, for this matter, they will proceed with Flyaway case regardless you have Care Refresh or not. They will advise you on how to proceed with cross-region policies.
